Caps and Numbers are cut in half within notes in Dynamics GP Notes

Hey all...

I have a user who received a new laptop. We installed GP on it business as usual, but the Notes window has an interesting anomaly. The capital letters and numbers are all cut in half.1004.Capture.png

Also, most other windows are using a smaller font...

I have tried different resolutions, uninstalling and reinstalling Dynamics GP to no avail and I am at wits end with this one. Any help would be appreciated.
