Email a link default to program that is not outlook?

We have users that do not have outlook currently install locally therefore when clicking email a link in Dynamics it cannot open the link as it tries to open in Outlook.

We cannot install Outlook locally due to security reasons, is there an alternative to get a link to the record.

Dynamics will try open default mail app when clicking email a link.

Please change default mail app that user can use. Then, Dynamics will open the default email app and can open the link.

Or you can get a link to the record by just right-click on the record and select "Copy link address".
