As far as I have read custom XAML workflows are not supported in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online).How can we create custom workflow in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online)?

For the online environment, I would assume this is more about whether what you are going to use there is "supported" or not. Unfortunately, since there is no documentation on what exactly is supported.. and you are supposed to use workflow designer to create supported workflows.. not sure anyone could give a clear answer
