I wanted to ask you about the call logs. Where would I find them on the CRM? And how do we export a daily report of all activities? Along those lines, I want to include a call template within the activity "Add Phone Call". If we can’t include a template then I want to start a task called: Add Discovery Call, Add Follow up Call. So we can expect someone to fill out the call area.
discovery call, follow up call, check in call, or this is project call? Include the questions to ask and have that part come up when you select that call type.
status of the call: complete, Left VM, nlt., etc
Status "due" what does that mean? Is it possible in CRM (multiple call added) ?
