Z reports Not Printing

I just upgraded from Quicksell to RMS 2.0 and everything seems to work well except for the Opening/Closing and printing Z Reports. I can't get the Z reports to Print! I have a star micronics serial printer (SP200) that is working well to print receipts but it is not printing the Z reports. Also under View Journal I can't see the Report. Where is the report being sent to?

here you don't offer enough information about your problem, but i'll try to help.

if you did not choose XReport.xml in the (Database --> Registers --> Receipts Format)

also if you want to see jornals chcek the attached photo
