742Hi everyone,
I'm writing because of a problem I had during the setup of word templates for the in transit transfer report.
These are the steps I followed:
- I generated the report, modified it through report writer and exported it into an XML file.
- Based on that XML file, I created the word template.
- Imported the modified word template into template maintenance, and assigned it to the GPEPR company.
- I went into alternative reports and gave access to the modified inventory transfer journal report.
When I register the transaction and print the report, the word template prints blank. I mean, with no data in it, not even the text fields, such as 'item description' or 'item number'.
I'd like to know if there is something i'm missing.
If anyone has an idea of how to solve this issue, i will appreciate it.
