Is it possible to restore all deleted opportunities?

Hello,

Is it possible to restore all deleted opportunities in the system? It seems that all closed opportunities were accidentally deleted by the batch job "delete closed opportunities". Currently we see only active opportunities in the list.

Do you know if the system has the log of all deleted opportunities from where we can restore everything with the batch job?

    BC SaaS does not keep a log of deleted record unless you have turned on Change Log. Same way on-prem

    If you are on SaaS you can ask your partner to create a Sandbox with data restored to the certain time. Then you can use those data to see if you can restore them or not.

    for on-prem it depends on your backup method.

    Also, make sure to disable "Delete Closed Opportunities " if you do not want this batch to run.

    Actually, we have backup data taken latest in March. Is it possible if I upload all missing closed Opportunities through Configuration package? Updating these two tables: 5092 (Opportunity List) and 5093 (Opportunity Entries).

    First please try it in Sandbox. I never done that I do not know the possible complication. Try in Sandbox, test and see if any issue arise or not.
