Can a consolidation be undone?  Shows it being processed twice for the same month

    Consolidations cannot be undone. However, the system ensures that there are never two consolidations for the same date range. When you post a new consolidation, it checks for any existing consolidation that overlaps with the specified dates. If one exists, the system automatically removes the old consolidation before posting the new one.

    In Dynamics 365 Business Central, once a consolidation has been posted, it cannot be directly undone in the traditional sense like other transactions (e.g., invoices or journal entries).

    Hello,
     
    If you run consolidations for a date range that’s already been processed, the system will automatically cancel the earlier entries. It acts as a built-in reversal. So, you can run consolidations as many times as you need for the same entity and date range.
