When clicking on competitor's website from within Dynamics 365 it shows on the competitor's web visits (google analytics for example), I have tested it. Is there a way one can avoid that? As in click on the URL but for it not to appear on the target website's analytics? I don't think it is possible, but i thought to throw the question out any way! lol

You can use Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to your browser.

But, they can use custom code other than Google Analytics (other vendors or their own) to get the similar details about the visit.
