Problem: I'm new to a job. I'm told the Safe Pay function in one of the companies stopped working. IT restored the same Safe Pay settings from another company that was working. And the restore isn't working.
Attempted: I created a new Bank ID and linked the Checkbook to that Bank ID (I was getting an error that it was already assigned.) Now I add the Checkbook in the Upload Maintenance window and it won't save and show up in the rowed area. The Bank Upload ID hasn't changed. The Configurator hasn't changed.
