I'm trying to lock the BPF stage fields. If i am in stage 1, i dont want users to be able to see and possibly modify the fields showing in stage 2, 3 up in the BPF banner. I would like to either lock or hide it.
I tried using a business rule and I have tried it with the VP approval and card holder approval forms and it worked, but when it does not work on the requestor form, which is the initial form that users will see.
I actually have a business on the requestor form that works: If owner contains data lock 3 fields in the form (not in the bpf stages). But while in the requestor form, I want to lock the bpf stage fields. It works for only for field in one stage, does not work for more multiple. However as i said in my VP approval and Card Holder approval forms, I am able to lock multiple bpf stage fields.....I'm not sure why this is only happening for requestor form.
If someone can let me know why, or if i can just hide the bpf fields I can do that too. Thanks.
