Invoicing not show out entirely

Our invoicing have set to print out with items and total amount. One of my user suddenly have problem with items can print out but the below total amount was not print out. Please help and thanks a lot.

Thanks for inform this. My colleague already found out that when preview, she didn't wait the system preview finish, than too fast to press the print button. So it caused only below item cannot printed out. Anyway, thanks for informing.

It's possible that the user experiencing the issue is not pointing to the right modified report. Can you check the Dynamics.set file on the computer of the user experiencing the problem and compare it to a Dynamics.set file on a computer not experiencing the issue?
