Hi, Have seen comments about this from last year, our emails do not look as good in outlook as they should, formatting moves around and looks messy, why is this happening?
From the Outlook account, go to the File option and open Account Settings. Now select the affected email account and press on Change >> click on the More Settings option. In the Internet Email Settings window, switch to the Advanced tab and manually increase server time-out time as per user requirement
Greetings,
Peter
We have the same problem as well. An email worked perfectly and now its breaking in outlook. Frustrating for us and our clients.
Hi Amy,
Did you create your emails using Marketing's WYSIWYG editor or did you use your custom HTML code?
If you used the WYSIWYG editor - could you please create a support ticket and share the HTML of your emails? We'll investigate it with a priority.
Best regards,
