1,145Hello everyone!
I have run into the following issue regarding configuring a certain Sales Inventory Item.
The enters the usual information into the Sales Transaction Entry window. The user then adds the item number, quantity, price and so on. Afterwords, the user opens the configurator option by selecting the item number and pressing CTRL+2 and clicking configurator.
The user selects all the proper options. However, when we look at the manufacturing order, it pulls all the option items of a particular category. We have inspected the item, options, option categories, and all relevant item cards but to no avail. It seems to be only this particular item that this is occurring.
I am wondering if anyone has had this happen and what did you do to solve the problem.
