Calculate difference in time based on Business working hours

Hello CRM World,

I have to find difference between two date time fields (created on & modified on) in hours & in minutes. But the problem here which is restricting me from using calculated field is i have to include my business working hours for calculation (I should exclude weekends and any public holidays in my calculation). Business working hours are from 10 AM till 5 PM.

For example is created date is 1/27/2018 2 PM and modified date is 1/29/2018 2 PM the diffrence should be 4 hrs instead of 48 hrs because i need to take into account only working days. So i will count for only 1/29/2018 from 10 AM till 2 PM which is 4 hrs.

I tried using this method of importing managed solution by Rawzan but it was showing some abnormal results (not calculating as expected):
