For a week now, every time I try to create a task the CRM freezes and either tells me to wait or exit all pages. I tried in the anonymous page (same happens), tried Edge and the same happens... Can someone please help?

Since the issue is affecting only you, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Clear Cache & Cookies – In your browser settings, clear cache and cookies, then restart the browser.

Disable Browser Extensions – Some extensions may interfere with Dynamics 365. Try disabling them and test again.

Check for Updates – Ensure your browser is up to date.

Try Another Device – Log in from a different computer to see if the issue persists.

Use Private/Incognito Mode – If it works there, it may be a cache or extension issue.

Check for User-Specific Customizations – If there are custom scripts or plugins in your user profile, they might be causing the freeze.

If the issue persists, contact your system administrator to check for any user-specific settings or permissions that could be causing the problem.

Something similar is also occurring for us, can be replicated via Level Up - not happening for all users. Prod instance, 2024RW2,

Actions to replicate: Adding new Task from Timeline, sidebar is functional (can click between fields/calendar) until Copilot suggestions box appears - then browser tab goes unresponsive.

Error in console shows user is missing "prvReadmsdyn_sequencetarget" & "prvReadmsdyn_timelinepin". However we havent fully investigated & resolved yet.

Might need to log a support ticket for it if the security rabbit hole doesnt result in a fix.
