how to notify case owner of new portal comment from customer

What is the best way when a customer submit a comment on the portal the agent (case owner) gets notified?

    Hello,

    Generally speaking "Comment" in Portal is saved as "Note" record in CE so I would recommend to create a workflow that will trigger on "Create" of "Note" entity, check if "Created By" is system and if it is - send an email to owner of case regarding which comment was created.

    Thanks Andrew. I managed to resolve it through a workflow entity ' Portal comments' and not as a note.
