In the Microsoft blog, it is mentioned CRM 2013 On-premise is compatible till SQL Server 2012 SP3.
Now we will upgrade SQL server 2012 with latest rollup SP4.
Please let me know whether CRM 2013 On-Premise is compatible with SQL Server 2012 SP4.

docs.microsoft.com/.../hh699671(v=crm.6) shows the requirements are 2012 SP1/SP2 or SP3 or SQL Server 2014 RTM or SP2. That document is however dated 28 Feb 2017 and SQL Server SP4 was released after that date so I suspect it will work but you will need to check with Microsoft direct if you want confirmation....
Equally it wouldn't surprise me if no-one at Microsoft has tested CRM 2013 with SP4 so I wouldn't be surprised if no-one can answer your question...
