Analytical Accounting Distribution disappears when i change GL Transaction Description

Dear 

I have a very unusual issue , when i am working with Analytical Accounting

Whenever i do a transaction and i distribute the amount in AA

if i go out of the transaction and change the GL transaction description and go into the AA window again, the distribution is gone. 

Has anybody experienced such a thing?

I can't find anything about this online , your feedback is mostly appreciated.

    Ran into that issue with GP2010 SP2, went to SP3 and it resolved the situation.  Also, had an issue when adding additional AA codes that 3 would go in fine and then the next 3 wouldn't.  But when you look at the fixes for SP3 of GP2010 you will see that a whole bunch of them are addressing AA issues.

    In GP10 there were a whole lot of fixes for AA on SP5.  What SP are you on.

    My apologies , i made a mistake,

    the envirement is a GP 2010 - SP3 after all , which is why i was surprised that i still have this issue since you said it was resolved in the SP3

    is there something that needs to be done , as per your experience. I appreciate your feedback.
