Dynamics outlook connector app

Today I launched Dynamics in outlook in the browser to track an incoming email.

instead of the installed app, it launched what looked like a spammer program from a firm called IE Enterprises and asked me to take out a subscription!

I have no idea where this program came from. I can’t uninstall it. I tried to make contact with the firm but it’s a dodgy looking company in the US. Yet it’s on the MS App Store.

has anyone encountered this? I am going to ring MS in morning but thought someone in this forum might know.
