Capture Form for CRM online

Hello Everyone:

Is there a good Capture Form for a website that will import the data into CRM online.

Once that data is capture it will then need by a manager who will assign that info to a User.

or is it possible to create a form and us PHP to import the data to CRM Online.

Any info would be great.

    Hi,

    I would highly recommend click dimensions. This allows you to not only create forms but track website visits and send emails with landing pages.
