Dynamics CRM 2011 API

Hi, we have a customer that wants us to create an integration between their ServiceNow and their Dynamics CRM 2011. Any tips for the Dynamics 2011 part? Any documentation for their API or such? Is this still possible to do although the Dynamics 2011 is on its end of life?
