We recently upgraded from GP10 to GP2010 SP3. While trying to uninstall eConnect 10, the uninstall would fail indicating error code 8011042B. I have logged in as Domain Administrator, local Administrator, with the same result. Even more strange is that when viewing the properties of the eConnect COM service, it is indicated that it is owned by the System and cannot be modified regardless of the user account that is being used to log in to the server. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. If I am unable to uninstall eConnect 10, is it possible to run eConnect 11 without conflict?
