Multiple user groups in Purchase approval workflow in Business Central

Hi,

Our customer is using Purchase approval workflows and they want to configure their workflow that in the first place there exist two different approval "levels" which has a sequence number 1 and 2. Each of those has two approvers so at all we have four approvers, basicly like below picture.

So now they want to do that when users puts a purchase order to approval, at the sequence level 1 it is enought that only one approvers will approve the approval request and after that is approved on the level one, it moves automatic to sequence level 2 to approve. And there is needed that only one approvers will approve the approval request and after that the purchase order is released. So how i should configure the purchase workflow in this scenario? Also if it possible, when on of those two level one approver approves the approval request and it moves to approve to level 2, it will disappear from the level one other approver which did not approved this approval request.

I have the same question (0)

    hello

    look at the documentation

    learn.microsoft.com/.../across-how-to-set-up-approval-users

but you cannot replicate this behaviour with BC unless you can achieve a similar result with the Substitute.

In my opinion you need a customisation

alternatively, in my opinion you can replicate this behaviour using Power Automate approval flows
