I started to test the Lead scoring model to see how the Insights and Scores would be displayed. I created some leads, a lead scoring model based on emails delivered, opened, clicked. My leads (my colleagues and I) opened the emails and interacted with them. From the contact's timeline, I don't see those marketing interaction, even if I checked the Include Parent's interactions checkbox from the Scoring model. Then, from the Lead scoring's Insights, I do see that I have a few leads with points. In the Score tab, I don't see those leads listed. This kind of confirm that the email interactions are being tracked, but they are not displayed everywhere they should.
Is there something I should activate or inactivate first in Outbound marketing?
