How do I create a link and add it to certain roles only in Talent?

Go to Human Resources parameters

Then choose Employee Self service then add a new Link

I was not able to choose anything for Group, however, I can type in manually. I would like to know how I can restrict this to a certain group of users only.

Hi nopainnogain,

Just manually input the Group name. The new link will be displayed in the far right column of the ESS form. And it works for all employees who enter the ESS workspace.

Which means we are not able to restrict it only to a certain group of users?

Yes. In standard version, we cannot restrict it to group of users .

Hello Qian,

How about personalize it in the ESS Workspace? Is there anyway to add a link in to ESS Workspace and restrict it to a certain user only using Security Configuration?
