"Create Child Case" Ribbon

Hi Guys,

I was not able to find the "Create Child Case" in the ribbon workbench.

Please help, thanks.

    I can see it in the Case form.

    I mean that while configuring the ribbon workbench I couldn't see the "Create Child Case". Thanks.

    Hi

    It could be because the current case is a child case of another Case.

    Please check the Case Relationship tab. Do you see Child Cases subgrid (which won't be present for a child case)?
