Purchase Requisition Workflow Works Differently for a Specific Legal Entity

Hi,

We have a purchase requisition workflow that is generally working as expected. The WF is shared and no special activation conditions. We have a condition to look at the buying entity, then it runs the approval based on: Hierarchy Type - Managerial Hierarchy and starts from Requester. We have 6 legal entities that match the condition and there's 1 odd out.

If the requester does a PR for legal entity 1-5, the hierarchy is followed. But if the PR is for legal entity 6, the hierarchy skips a level. This is observed to be true for only 2 users, so far.

This is a recently added legal entity have already been added to the workflow condition as well. I have ran out of ideas of where else to check.

Hy,

may be you can share details (screen shots) about the the signing limits, parameter, configuration and the policy itself. This could be different based on the organization.
