    Hi Sandeepc,

Some time ago (I would say like a year ago) I installed Docusign for CRM and I already had CRM integrated with Sharepoint. This allowed automatically to show documents uploaded with DocuSign in the Sharepoint grid. So I would say that the only concerns to have this working:

    1. Have CRM integrated with Sharepoint: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/set-up-sharepoint-integration

    2. Make sure the entity you want to see the documents grid in is configured to integrate with CRM: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/enable-sharepoint-document-management-specific-entities

After these you should see the documents uploaded by Docusign in your entity.

    I hope this helps!

As a user with access to the custom entity(abc) stage, I should be able to see the signed contract(custom entity) document.

The signed document using DocuSign integration will be available under the Documents tab of the abc stage.

user should be able to the contract(custom entity) folder under the Related/Document

the folder should show the executed document sent via DocuSign

is there anything to do with logic app?

    Hi Sandeepc,

    Have you already tested this?

As I said, when I did a Proof of Concept with Docusign (they provide a solution for an easy integration with CRM) they automatically put the file in the documents folder (if you have it integrated with Sharepoint). Unless you want the file in another entity different to the contact or account signing the file with Docusign then I think you don't need to do anything else.

    Yes everything is configured .

There is a logic app which does create a document location on record creation.

I need to add field/ entity over there ,?

    Hi Sandeepc,

Since I don't know all the details about your implementation I assume you are using Docusign's CRM solution. According to their documentation (and from my memory of the PoC I did) you just need to configure what entities will be enabled for Docusign, check page 12 of this manual for more details:

    support.docusign.com/.../ds-for-dynamics-online

Sounds like the logic app is only creating a document location record and attaching it to the entity that is uploading the document for. From the information you have provided I think the configuration should be done following the instructions on Docusign's manual (the one from the link above), please check it out.
