Flow does not find any identifier for Quote Product

Hi Community,

I have a pending issue that has been bothering me. I am using flow and I want to set a condition for manual discount (it should not exceed 5% of the amount value). The problem is this:

When the quote is created (company and Quote as entity Name) next Get Quote product Record (Company, Quote Products as Entity Name and Quote (Unique ID from Quote) as Identifier) but it keeps failing: 404 Error - IDentifier not found.

Thank you for your help.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Can you please provide a screenshot of the step you have issues with?

The error is 404.Identifier not found. I want to retrieve the Quote ID from the Quote and associate to the Quote product of the same quote. there is a 1:N relationship between Quote and Quote product. I try other identifier entity from Quote: Pricelist and currency

I even try to trigger the flow with Quote Product and it still doesn't work.

    Here are couple recommendations:

    1. You use D365 connector - it works but it's obsolete. Recommendation of the product team - stop using D365 one, go with Common Data Service one.

    2. Instead of using "Get Record" you should using "Get Records" (because for the same quote you can have multiple quote products)  and add there a queue that you can build using CrmRestBuilder but it should be something like _quoteid_value eq <put quote id here>. You can find more information here - docs.microsoft.com/.../

    Good luck.

Thank you very much.  I cant see Get Records (neither on D365 or CDS). I only see list Records or Get Record. Please. I need to go and learn CDS now on your channel.

"List records" is the one that you need.
