Job Queue for Adjust Cost - Item Entries crashes every time it runs.

Hello everyone,

For the last week and a half I've trying to run the report 795 but every night it crashes and I get one of these errors:

An error has occurred and the project has stopped. Probable causes are system updates or routine maintenance processes. To restart the job, set the status to Ready.

We have not been able to update the data at this time.Try it again later.Technical details:A record in the Liq table was locked. mov. product to use in another session.

I user the Item Category filter to run the report.

Many thanks in advance for the help.

Hi

Can you check the Advanced section and see that it can run Max documents as 50 and see if it works in foreground

And if it does then keep running it for more and see where it stops

or you could run for smaller numbers and it should work fine

Let me know how that goes.

Hello Vinita,

With your suggestion, does that mean it works through in batches of 200 documents at a time or would you then need to setup another job queue to run another 200?

Our Adjust Cost job queues run for over 3 hours and fail 90% of the time.

We've tried spliting the job queues down using the category filters but we just end up with them tripping over each other.
