When I click on the button of "Send Approval" or "Confirm Approval", then it show "Calculate Plan" page. How do I solve this issue? Thousand helps for your help!!!

Standard NAV does not have approvals build into requisition worksheets, the req needs to first be converted in to a PO, and then the PO can be sent for approval
It is possible that this is a localisation done to your country specific version of NAV, but based on the fact that it does not work i will am pretty sure that those buttons were customization done by your NAV partner and they are not working
You will need to contact your partner to fix this development

First of all, thanks for your help.
For your information, I installed NAV 2013 W1 in my computer, it enable Send Approval function and Complete Approval function. So, it is the standard function, never customise anything in this object. I'm using Cronus International Ltd for do testing, it prompt out Calculate Plan window when I click on Send Approval button and Complete Approval button.
So, any solution on this issue? Kindly advise. Thanks!
As Neville said, standard NAV has not these functionalities on Req. Worksheet. I look at Customize Req. Worksheet window and there is no these commands. I cannot find nothing like that on Req. Worksheet.
Are you sure you do not make some customization? I use NAV2013W1. If you want I can make print screen. Ask your partner to see page designer.
