I have a customer looking to buy a POS solution. They want to accept debit cards, so a PIN pad is a must. I went over to http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/pos/product/hardwarecompatibility.mspx and http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/rms/product/hardwarecompatibility.mspx to look for a compatible unit, only to be met with empty lists.

Could I please get some recommendations for PIN pads for RMS/POS?

The Verifone 1000 and the Ingenico 6550 are both supported. Make sure your credit card processor can support them along with RMS which uses Vital for processing.

If you are based in the UK then we can offer you a Chip & PIN solution for RMS, it uses the Verifone SC5000 which we can also supply.
