On sub grid remove record but change the status as per the category value

Hi All,

Please help me i am trying a lot but i didn't get any luck yet.

I have one requirement. Once i remove the records from sub grid then based on the sub grid column status would be changed.Please see the screenshot for your reference. but below inspection is the second entity once you open inspection entity category would be lookup field.

Scenario is once we remove the sub grid record from inspector then status of Inspector Tracker would be changed based on the records category. but i not able get the category record it is throwing error message can't read the properties of null value.

I am calling this javascript on button(remove button).
