When sending EMails to CRM, we are setup so that EMails are routed through outlook, and via forward rule they arrive in a CRM Queue.
I have noticed that when sending EMails via outlook, there is one type of EMail which
- arrives in the MS Outlook Queue
- an auto-response is triggered (from MS Outlook)
- the EMail moves into the FWD box - however, it does not arrive in the CRM Queue.
The EMail which does not arrive when tagged with a sensitivity of PERSONAL
All other sensitivity types arrive. ie.
NORMAL
PRIVATE
CONFIDENTIAL
Any advice which could be offered would be greatly appreciated.
For info: I am using Outlook 2013 and CRM2011
Regards,
Dave Tierney.

I have the same question (0)Hi
This behavior is not only limited to Forward mailbox. If you send any "personal" email the connector ignores tracking the email.
However, if you track "All emails" instead of emails related to "Contacts and Accounts", the system tracks emails for you. I just tested this in my environment and it worked. I mean I am able to send emails and the solution tracks it by itself.
