Hi community

When using a credit memo as payment in POS, you must manually enter the credit memo number.

We want to print the credit memo number as a scannable barcode and scan the barcode when a customer uses the credit memo as payment, but the credit memo number is not available as a scannable barcode on the credit memo receipt format.

There is an idea on the Idea portal to have the credit memo number as a scannable bar code, but the idea is from 2018, and nothing has happened (Microsoft Idea (dynamics.com)).

Has anyone found a solution for this?

Unfortunately, that is a long pending idea. This can only be achieved by extension as of now.
