Send Direct Email, how to prepopulate a queue in the From address?

In the Send Direct Email screen, I need to prepopulate an email queue and disable the field, how can I do it? where is this form located? I couldnt find this form anywhere.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible.
    For any modifiable form, we can add JS and change the settings to do this easily, but BulkEmailDialog is not part of the modifiable section. 
    (Yes, although it looks like a form, the code actually shows it as a dialog.)
    This means we can't use load events and JS on it.
