Where can I start learning about implementing CI/CD for a Business Central app extension? I have an AL extension repo in Azure DevOps setup right now (I'm assuming that is the first step to get started in CI/CD).

You will find ALOps and Al-Go (https://github.com/microsoft/AL-Go) are as the most popular options for AL CI/CD tools.

You can also script a pipleline within Docker using BCContainerHelper (Run-AlPipeline and Run-AlValidation)
