Hi,The Vendor Name can be add in a table of database log as there are many fields related to Vendor Master data but I have checked that Vander name filed is not available. This can be add by customization in relevant field.

    Hi,
In addition to the options described above, you can develop custom workflows to track changes. For more details: Create workflows overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn.
Alternatively, you can create an alert rule that notifies you when a field of a table changes. For more details: Create alert rules - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Charan,

You have two options. First option will be you need to identify the table where the field belongs. You can right click the field and click on Form name - It will open the new dialog form where you can see the Datasource column which will be your table name (In the bracket). Now open that table using table browser link - Refer to this https://dynamics365musings.com/d365-table-browser/ blog for opening table browser. Once you opened it, scroll right side end to see if there is any column named Modified by column - That column will show the last user who edited the particular record.
If that column is not available, then you need to enable the database logging for the tables. Also, this will record only the future changes (Not past changes) after configuring the database logging. Refer to this https://dynamics-tips.com/database-logging-d365-finance-and-operations/ blog for database log setup.

    Thanks,
    Girish S.
