GP 2013 R2 - Workflow Setup issue with "Enable Email Actions" option

Hello,

I am having issue with setting up "Enable E-Mail Actions" option in  Dynamics GP/Tools/Setup/Workflow Setup screen. I have installed GP Web services with Domain Account, and have verified the GP Web services, which is working fine (http://localhost:48620/Dynamics/GPService)  I setup the server name under "Enable E-Mail Action" tab. When I click "Test E-Mail Action" getting an error says "Test Failed, Check your Server information for GP Web Services. and verify connectivity to the server". Could anyone please help with this ????

    KB2951815 is the patch for GP 2013 R2 Web Services, once you update patch, need to RECONFIGURE web services for GP,

    You only have to have this setup if you are going to use the Remote Approval Functionality. Michael are you sure your SMTP information is correct? Do you have a firewall turned on either machine? If so you may need to setup an exception in the firewall.

    Try running a repair on the web services install.

    I have ran the KB2949693 on my server running web services but I am still getting this error...
