Hi,

You have already installed CCA? Check this tutorial to install CCA. You encountered any problem?

As far as I know, CCA can be used with CRM Online, but it's not a framework that you can just enable. CCA is a complex product aimed at enterprise contact centers not a development framework.

No, I have not yet installed CCA. Please note that this is online version of CRM hosted in cloud by Microsoft.

    Hi,

So what i understand from above is

    1. Install CCA on local machine

    2. Connect to CRM online via web service

Do I need to have CRM Installed on my local machine to develop application on CCA. Because when installed CCA on my local machine, some of the dlls are not resolved and most of them are having name like microsoft.crv.****.

I thank you very much for your reply, guidance and sharing your knowledge with me. It was really helpful and useful.

    Hi,

I never implement CCA in my client but in theory you just need install CCA otherwise Microsoft or other partner needs to have CCA in cloud and share with overview. So you just need follow the tutorials and connect with your crm online.

Thanks Adeel. I have installed CCA framework on my local machine and followed the steps mentioned in above url.

But when i try to connect from RIConfigLoader application to CRM online, i'm getting below error. (Step no.9 in above url). Did you came across any such scenarios?.

One of my suggestions with regard to this error is that Check Time Settings of your PC/Machine and also the Password you are providing to connect otherwise update the Connections.config file and it will most probably connect.

The discover will be changed like this:
