Right-to-left languages in Unified Service Desk Agent Scripts

Hi all!

I'm building agent scripts for a Unified Service Desk application, and I've run into a snag regarding right-to-left languages, such as Arabic and Hebrew. Agent scripting does not support this out-of-box, so the languages display left-to-right (which is very odd to read). Manually adding spaces is possible... But it is also very tedious.

Can you think of a workaround or plugin which could help solve this issue?

    Have you downloaded and installed the arabic or hebrew language packs and has your user the same language configured as default language?

    Have you tried downloading one of these (in arabic or hebrew)?:

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
