Financial Report displays same totals for two different periods

I am creating a financial report with 2 columns. One is dated from 1/1/2011-6/30/2011; second from 4/1/2011-6/30/2011. Both columns give me the same totals ( which are 1/1/2011-6/30/2011 amount totals).  I have 'Current' field set; and enter 'To' and 'End' dates. Is there another setting?
