We were just contacted by an orphaned GP client and their issue right now is that when they go to add a new asset the screen almost appears to lock up because it goes so slowly. They also state that they cannot depreciate any assets because the process goes too slowly. They are currently on GP 2010. Has anyone else ever experienced this? My first guess is to go into SQL profiler just to see what is going on and then make suggestions? This slowness is only when doing something that affects a fixed asset. The rest of GP is fine.
