Authentication error popup

We just upgraded CRM from 2013 to Dynamics crm 365 on premise. in prod environment we keep getting authentication required popup at regular intervals

Not sure what would be the issue. test environment it is working fine, issue is in production environment.

    Check if it's the AD FS token lifetime. If it's 0 it defaults to 1hr lifetime. I'd set it to 480 for 8 hours.

    This Microsoft article shows how to do it using powershell:

    it is setup for 12 hrs but still we are getting like this

    Unfortunately, I'm not an AD FS expert. Check this article maybe it'll help. tristanwatkins.com/coordinating-adfs-2012-r2-token-lifetime-logon-prompt-enforce-revocation-session-duration-public-network

    Also, try having the users add the site to trusted sites for auto-logon
