    Hi Karuna,

Did you manage to get this resolved? We are having a similar issue and this is related to the work template (calendar) against the resource. As you say, there is not a lot of information to go with it.

    Thank you.

This issue usually comes when we apply a calendar template to multiple resources. Try to create a new calendar template only for the resource in context. Also on the Bookable Resource Entity there is a field called 'Calendar', which you can put it on the form to access the Resource Calendar.

Did you recently do an update to your Field Service? We updated our DEV instance and we got this error.

What you need to do is check this GUID in another older environment. In our case it was our TEST environment which still had this GUID. I used SSIS to migrate the Calendar GUID into DEV and everything started working again. I'm not entirely sure what was happening but I fixed it.

If you are getting this when you are moving Incident Type/Requirement Group data between environments. Then you will also need to migrate the calendar table as well.

The Resource Requirements will have a field called 'Calendar Id'. You will also need to migrate all the Calendars which have the same Id's as your Resource Requirements that you are moving between environments.

I experienced the same issue recently and found that the issue was related to the service accounts associated Work Hour Template.

I created a new work hour template and hen added it to the service account which resolved the issue.
