Enable / Disable SystemUser via xrm.data.powershell module

Can't set the "isdisabled" attribute on a SystemUser record, so not sure how to enable / disable users in CRM.  We need this functionality for users who have transitioned job positions within the company, but will not be accessing CRM anymore.  The question is posed for CRM 2013, but should work for 2013 and hopefully 2016, as we plan to migrate to the 2016 solution by the end of the year.

    Hello,

First, are you on a CRM Online or onPremise?

Because on CRM Online, the licensing is based of the O365 accounts of each users.

The system is CRM on-prem (2013, to be migrated to 2016 within the calendar year).  I'm not concerned as much about the licensing, as that is easily added to the user creation within CRM, but the disabling of a user when they move out of the scope is a bigger deal to management.

There is indeed a strange behavior with the PS, I just tried and no way to disable a single user. Maybe the library has some limitations...

I know you are looking for a solution relation to powershell, but you can easily manage this via a small C# console app :

You just need to loop on your users are execute this :

Stumbled on this, and found the set-crmrecordstate, but seems it's got a bug in it, and they are awaiting further development.
