Tricks and Tips

Hi,

I need to give a brief presentation to our Dynamics Customer Service users next week on Case Management, just to update them on any recent developments with our Helpdesks.

All of them are experienced in Dynamics but I am just wondering, if anyone has come across any hidden tips or tricks recently with Case Management that might make everyones life easier and make me a very popular host of the presentation!!

    You can explain shared mailboxes (For different business unit) and queue concept which is old but usefull.
