using print management to send delivery note via email

Hi,

I am testing a query for our print management to email delivery note to customer when staff tick the ''Use Print management destination", however I got below error. I just used the same setting for the invoice, and that works ok. Can someone please check what else I am missing?

    Do you have any Form notes set? If yes, make sure you add a language entry for all countries that your customers can receive documents in.

    Is the customer having an address for New Zealand? The reports can pick up language translations for them. Try changing the country for the customer to your default one, or make sure EN-NZ is a valid language setting (license code) in your environment.

    Also it would be more useful if you'd show the call stack for the first error instead, so we could have a better guess at what is the root cause of the problem.

    Hi Sukrut,

    Sorry my bad, I have already found the issue. I forgot to put the language in my email template for the delivery note. Thanks for your response as always.

    Anyway I have another question, upon testing I notice that it can send email but it does not print at the same time. It will only print if the customer has no email address setup in the customer card. Do you know if there's a way that it will print the delivery note on the printer at the same time it will also sent the copy to the customer's email?
