Try to change display labels on account form, but did not saved this action even after publish, kindly check

I would like to Change label field from "customer Name (A" to Customer Name En" by following form

bur new label not update after save and publish!!!

any suggestion.

note*

this organization imported recently to this new domain controller

Hi,

This is probably a cache issue , clear browser cache and temporary file , relogin in different browser, different machine.

Also try to do publish all customization once and relogin CRM again.

If above does not help try to change field display name by going to field properties.

Hi

I had the similar issue recently, and i followed the following steps to get it working

01. Removed the field from form and did a save and publish

02. Added the field again, did a save and publish

This seems to have flushed the cache
